borderline personality disorder

I start group at the end of January and I admit I am terrified.

I met with my key worker and consultant last Friday and they seem to think I am ready.

But are they ready for me?

I never really seem to be able to establish a role I feel comfortable with within a group. I always feel I am getting it wrong and the harder I try the worse it seems to get until I completely self-sabotage and all hell breaks loose.
